This non-stick grill pan made of forged aluminum with a 6-layer non-stick coating on the inside with a diamond effect . The 3.5 mm thick bottom has been specially developed for induction, the thick walls distribute the heat optimally . The bottom is made of anti-deformation stainless steel , which allows excellent high temperature performance even on induction hobs. This pan is therefore suitable for all hobs and also enables healthy cooking because it is PFOA and nickel free .
